# Support

Before requesting support, save `framecap version --json` and `framecap doctor --json`, the client name/version, and the exact error code. Do not attach private screenshots, credentials, or full client configuration.

The public support address and App Store listing are not yet confirmed. They must be added before public release; no placeholder address is presented as active support.
