Manual scroll capture

Start with a display and rectangle, then have the user or browser controller scroll while keeping overlap. Sample after each stable scroll. When paused is true, move back until overlap is visible and retry. Finish to a new absolute path after checking height, or cancel on failure. Framecap does not scroll the target itself.
