Capture then annotate

Run displays list, select a current ID, and capture a permitted test window with a display-local point rectangle and a new absolute output path. Convert intended mark positions to output-image pixels, then call edit apply to a second output. If permission is missing, stop for user authorization; do not capture the full private desktop as a test.
