Annotate an image

Copy examples/agent/source.png and annotate.json, replace paths with absolute paths, and run framecap edit apply --file annotate.json. Expect a new PNG with a blue rounded rectangle and callout. Verify dimensions and visible marks. No App or Screen Recording permission is required.
